We plan to return to our new office in Great Queen Street as restrictions are lifted and allow during the Spring and Summer:
- Our people have all the necessary equipment to work remotely and access our network while in line with the GDPR and, where appropriate, our SOC1 accreditation.
- Whilst we have diverted phones where possible, the fastest way to contact us is via email, which for each person is firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Our main switchboards are forwarded to our Receptionists who are working remotely. They will divert your call to the relevant colleague or take a message and ask them to call you back.
- Where you need to share hard copy documentation with us, it is best to scan or digitally photograph it and send it to us electronically please. We will be intermittently monitoring our post, so if it is essential to post something please be aware it may take a little longer for us to respond than normal. If you believe you have sent something in the post to us and we have not responded, please call or email us.
